I believe in and approach life with the intention of right alignment within oneself, with Spirit, and with others. The nature of healing and spirituality is to be in this alignment, to be in harmony. So much suffering in life comes from being out of this alignment. We know when we are…we feel it.

My purpose is to be a guidepost on your journey. To illuminate your path, to witness, to validate, to provide support so that you can move where, when and how you want and need to! Where do you desire to go?

I believe healing is wholeness. Wholeness looks different for each of us and being in a state of wholeness can escape us quickly in today’s world. Wholeness feels like harmony, peace, and calm. There’s no agitation, no wanting of things or desire to fill a void, no avoidance or distractions. It is a state of contentment and a space where you can also feel inspired and aligned to a path or purpose.

I am here to assist and support you in taking charge of your direction to better well-being, to happiness.
